yes. but do it anyway. you should loose about a lb or 2 every week. That will keep it off longer and you wont have to diet. just eat a little less. If you usually have 3 slices of pizza, have 1 slice and a big glass of water, try a salad with lite or no fat dressing. eat celery with no fat italian dressing for a snack if you get the munchies. good luck...

No, you won't lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks. Through cutting back on food and daily exercise, you can only healthily lose about 1-2 lbs a week. The only way to lose 10 lbs in the amount of time you're looking at would require extremely unhealthy measures.

u dont need to lose weight!

look if u really wana loose weight u should exercise every time for at least 3 times aday for 40 minutes to loose all the calories that u ate
otherwise what i did at last so much weight was for 2 weeks (lost 5 kilos) was that at breakfast i had milk and lunch yogurt and dinner yogurt
and u become so skinny but not on the first day in 4 days or so ull see a huge difference
if u also exercise then u loose even more weight
