If i burned 500 calories a day, would i lose weight?!

Question: It is not so much how much you eat,but also what you eat.Fried foods or foods high in fats or sugars are bad.Lean protein complexed carbs in moderation are a good start.Fruits, vegies and lots of h2o.Dont be afraid of carbs if you exercise because you need them for energy to burn calories and get proper sleep.I love to run and it is an excellent way to burn calories. good luck

You need to burn more calories then you take in. So if you burn 500 a day, but you ate like 800, you'd still have 300 left that you didn't burn off.

You should, as long as you aren't eating more because you are working out! That always the trouble with working out.. it makes you hungry, and then you make the wrong choices are what you eat. Just be careful about that, and you should be goooood!!

No, you ingest more calories than that in a day. If you burn 500 more that you take in, then yes you would lose weight.

Yes you would. You would loose about a pound a week because there is 3500 calories per pound 500x7=3500 exactly. I would drink plenty of water and eat healthy to improve results. I would calculate your calorie intake with this calculator and minus 500 so you would a pound a week without exercise. Cutting back 500 calories and burning 500 would make you loose about 2 pounds a week.

All depends.... for a person to loose weight they must take in less calories than they are using. Example: If one uses 2000 calories a day but only give their body 1500, then 500 calories (usually starch in the digestive system, then from stored fat) will be used. OR if you're using 2000 calories a day and eat 2500, then the extra 500 calories will be stored as fat.
Hope that helps answer your question.

500 cals is about 45 mins on a rowing machine, that's fine, just as long as you don't stuff a burger down your neck straight after. having a healthy diet as well as exercise is just as important

DEPENDS ON YOUR CALORY INTAKE...
