WRONG.

CARDIO IS CRAP.

Proper diet and weight lifting are the way to go. Don't go crazy with running... it will do NOTHING to build or define your muscles.

And "lower weight, more reps" is NOT the way to bulk.

Life is not aerobic.

Get this book: "The Testosterone Advantage Plan," by Lou Schuler.

wow this is such an easy/ stupid question.................run run run run run run run !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try supplementing your heavy lifting routine with aerobic exercise a few times a week to burn off excess fat. Running is a great way to give you a cut look, as is cycling or swimming. In addition to burning fat, these will give great definition to your muscles, as will using a combination of heavy powerlifting and lifting with less weight and more reps per set.

Lastly, watch what you eat. A balanced diet will go a long way towards preventing excess fat. All the fat-burning exercises in the world won't help you if you're turning right around and eating junk.

YA DONT LISTEN TO WILL. SQUATS DEADLIFTS AND EAT EAT EAT ........ WELL YA KNOW

everybody says the best way is to do exersise and it is real you have to do regular exersises and a lot can change with it and also make sure to maintain a proper diet dont eat lots of oily and fatty things and also make sure you dont eat 4 hours before going to bed that can reduce and change you fully.
