Question: The thing is ,I just start lifting this year in 9 grade which means I've only been training like for four months and my max is 190 pounds.Is it good or bad?(I just got 15 years old tho,I'm 5'7 and weight 170 pounds.)

your doing great. at your age, i was 5'8", 135 lbs and my max bench was 180 lbs, just keep lifting heavy, just a reference you should be able to lift your own weight, and your already 20 lbs over, just keep at it bro...
