Any good diets to lose weight quick like in a week or two weeks ?!

2. Japanese diet for 2 weeks - also quite hard, but you will continue losing weight after quitting the diet

if there was a magical diet that worked where the person lost a lot of weight quickly and safely it would be on every news program and have constant press. drink more water, eat better, and exercise. that will help but it wont show results in days, it will take a little time and work.

How much weight we talkin here? Like a pound? Just go to the bathroom. Like five pounds? You really should do it the slow old fashioned way of better food and exercise, its way better for your body in the long run. But if you just want to ditch the weight for the weekend, I would suggest that you cut out all liquids (except water) and eat really lean meat in small amounts and various veggies. Try to keep your calorie intake to 1500 a day. That is a very strict diet. And exercise like crazy. Please note that this IS a crash diet and when you stray from it, you will gain all that weight back.

first of all you have to eat right like soup and fruits and vegetables and some meet(only meet with low calories).You have to run or do some sittups once a day to incraese the diet effect.And remember only homemade food that you know is healthy and sugarless.

2. Fiber - rye is really good in helping with weight loss

What helped me is after every meal I took a supplement called Slendering, and it escorts the calories out of my body.

Whatever you do stay away from the diet pills that claim you can lose like 30 pounds super fast. In a months ago before I lost the weight, I tried a diet pill and I was in the hospital for heart problems. Which is what motivated me to stay ALL NATURAL from now on.

So if it says anything other than natural Beware. It could cost you your life.

to lose weight you have to be consistent but follow this...this was the only thing worked for me:
1- make sure you sleep well at night, poor sleep can make you fat.go to bed exactly the same time and wake up the same time every day.
2- eat breakfast and then lunch, after 1 or 2 p.m stop eating for the rest of the day....the reason is if you eat late it will turn to fat when you sleep but you burn what you have eaten during the early hours of the day.

chug a gallon of ice water every day
eat nothing but tuna and fiber....
that should do it...
if neccasary skip the fiber just chug ice water and only eat tuna

you have to follow it as it is in order to work and is pretty hard.I have it but is in Spanish so if you are strong mind I can translate it for you!!!
