Be in better shape by Feb. 25th?!


Question: If I do a morning workout,at least 30 minutes of cardio day,push-ups and sit-ups at night,eat better,and drink plenty of water everyday will I be in better/great shape by Feb.25th?

most definitly! intaking less calories will speed it up the fastest though.

you are technically in better shape after each workout... but the question is getting to your ideal weight/ fitness. hm that's a leap.. a month really isn't much. but you'll definitely notice a difference if you keep up a good diet and exercise.

you can get into better shape for sure.
it all depends on how much you work out each day, and also what kind of shape your in now.
