Avrage weight!?!


Question: ok...im a 14 year old girl,im 5'8
and i weigh 150.i have big boobs,and a big butt,i dont want to loose that.so how do i loose weight,or what excersize can i do to loose some leg,and tummy fat,but keep my butt and boobs?is that possible?and what is the avrage weight for a 14 year old?

to maintain your current weight you should consume 2100 calories a day, to lose weight you take in between 1200 and 1600 calories a day.

average weight for you is between 125 and 160, so you really don't need to lose any weight, but you won't be underweight if you decide to lose up to 25 pounds.

walking, biking, jogging, skating, sports, none of these will hurt

Theres really no way to loose body fat for a specific area. I have big thighs and a medium tummy, but i'm not going to worry yet, because I'm only 5' 2" and i'm 12 with no growspurt yet. I have little everything accept like i said, thighs, and a medium-small tummy. The average weight for a 14 year old at that height is 120-170, your okay. Theres no need to worry at this age.

You can't target weight loss to specific parts of your body.
If you lose weight,it will come off in the reverse order that you put it on.
