Well done! Some tips are:
Fresh fruit smoothies give a good afternoon energy burst.

Some sit ups and a few push ups first thing in the morning get your metabolism going.

As does breakfast, which you should always have. The more slow burning the better, like porridge.

High fiber foods are filling.

Drinking water keeps you from getting a headache and makes you feel fuller for longer.

Walking is great exercise and is not that sore on the body

Swimming is even better as a whole body workout that doesn't hurt your muscles.

MBTs work and are brilliant.

Always take the stairs and walk if possible, if not get the bus/train and then walk.

Try new classes to keep yourself entertained as you workout

Great Start on a lifestyle change.

For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
