dammit my last answer got deleted.....

well, like i said before, a bowl of cereal, or an egg for breakfast

idk bout lunch, i usually eat a sandwich and some fruit

dinner....well,1/2 of your plate should be veggies, 1/4 meat/protine product, and 1/4 grains...

yes, it's ok to have some sweets..and it's good that u WANT to get better.....

if u can stop counting calories and weighing yourself daily, well, that's a rly good thing.

THAT'S GREAT, BUT YOURE STILL UNDERWEIGHT, MY NEPHEW IS 4 YEARS OLD AND HE'S ALMOST 50 LBS.

Good to hear you're taking steps to become healthy!

Good job girl! Cheers!

good for u! u dont need 2 worry about loosing weight, just eat healthy and exercise! =) good luck

Congratulations! I would suggest you eat lots of fruits Avocados, dates, young coconut, raisins. Eat lots of nuts and seeds, almond, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.

You will gain weight at a steady rate adding this to your food daily.
