I'm still the same weight! What am I doing wrong? How do I change this?!
Question: I just had my baby 2 months ago and find it very hard to lose the last 20 lbs. I'm breastfeeding so that by itself should help me lose weight. I exercise on the treadmill for 30 min 2 days on 1 day off and repeat. I also watch what I eat and it's sickening to eat the same crap everyday.
morning- oatmeal
lunch- subway, 6"
dinner- lean cuisine
I've been doing this for almost 2 weeks, and I've actually gained 2 lbs!
What I would give for some french toast and dessert.

Your body knows what it's doing and it needs a certain amount of fat to introduce into the breastmilk for one thing. Btw, not sure if Subway is exactly healthy whatever they claim considering the stuff they use, and Lean Cuisine might not help.
Thing is, your body knows what it needs and 20lbs isn't going to kill you, so let it get on with working things out and after you've stopped breastfeeding then it might allow you to drop the rest.
Btw, nothing wrong with french toast and dessert occasionally.

Try using measurements instead of relying on weight alone.
I'm sure baby Ava doesn't mind if her mom has 20lbs to go.
More intense exercise?
