Im with child right now. how can i keep my butt and thighs tone?!

Question: you can keep toned by walking and taking the stairs whenever you can.walking up and down the stairs really tightens your butt and elongates the leg muscles, keeping you nice and trim. and especially as you're pregnant, its really gentle but also good for the cardiovascular system.gets all the blood pumping nicely! good luck with baby! xx

Walk , walk, walk.

do you mean your pregnant?
If you are, then I don't think you should worry about toning your butt or thighs.Just wait until after you've had the baby. Its much easier, and it makes more sense.

walk or you can join a pregnancy fitness class most local hospitals offer it or gyms

although pregnancy itself gets your body "out of sorts" there are plenty of things to HELP keep your body in top shape. It will also help you to firm up a little easier post partum as well. It's best to check with your OB on what types of exercises are best for you at certain times during your pregnancy. Regular walking, pedaling of a bike, balance exercises etc. I am by no means an expert, but just taking care of your body during pregnancy will help a little. ALWAYS consult your doctor first before trying anything new.

Enjoy this time :-) and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! :-)

You really can't work out too much when you are pregnant. You can walk and stuff like that but do not do any crunches.
