Weight training! Try lifting hard and heavy. I ate more and put on muscle weight....Went from 5'9" 120 lbs to 145 lbs and I feel and look great!

i am not really 'fat' myself, but i really want to get fit.
i can't get put on weight because i put it off after i have eaten so i balance out, i just want to build up musle

go to a dietician as they will give you guidelines to follow really carbs and protein help you gain weight but you still have to eat a balanced diet so include fruit and veg dairy and that. a friend of mine was the same and she ate like a pig but she never gained weight and she went to the drs who refered her to a dietician and she changed her diet and she was actually eating less but putting on weight as she was eating foods which were slower to digest like carbs. good luck

i wishh i had your problem if you are still young and quite active it can all change in no time so enjoy it while you can, if not try eating more stodgy foods

yep I think its called ensure... drink 4 or 5 cans aday, plus your regular meals, eat more at each setting... make your portions large... annnnd eat plenty of salty potato chips between meals dipped in refrigerated (from the grocer, ranch dip)... Chocolate chip mint Ice cream at night (large bowl) annnnd eat a table spoon of peanut butter at least 3 times a day... wash everything down with milk or juice...
(continue with this in a month you see a difference, in two months a whole size in 3 months 3 or 4 sizes...and so on! Just remember once you create the fat cells.... they will be there the rest of your life making you fat! Most people would give anything to be skinny!
steer clear of rice, it feels you up... helps you to lose weight.

oh add butter to everything... stay away from olive oils... go crisco go!

ohh poor you......You can eat anything you want.Well if you wanna gain weight i suggest you eat A LOT of carbs
