I need some dieting tips.please read?!


Question: i am 5'8 and i weigh about 10 stone 10 pounds. i used to go to the gym but i feel embarresed because men keep staring at me. I also find that the healthy food at my college is too over priced so i find it hard to keep to strict diets

any suggestions?

keep a food diary. record food, drink and excercise.

eat less

Take your own meals to college. And I'll think you'll find at 10 stone 10 you wouldn't be classed as overweight at your height. Perhaps the men are staring at you cos your pretty? Anyway, if you dont want to go to a gym why dont you get an exercise dvd and work out at home?

Don't care what people think bad about you. Your health is the problem you wanted to solve. Eat healthily and do more excercise.

eat 1 meal a day and some snacks,drink lots of liquids to make your stomach feel full all the time.

Yeah dont be such a big puss and go to the gym. Weigh it up, if you want to lose weight more than be a little embarrassed then you need to do it. Shop around at a supermarket near your college and buy healthy food that isnt over priced

Seriously eat less fat and take a salad (tuna) in for lunch and drink lots of water.

sex, and lots of it

you're probably thinking 'omg another typical guy answer', but im serious, its the best, and most enjoyable form of exercise ever.

if you cant (or refuse to) have lots and lots of sex, then dancing is good and fun too.

if you cant dance, then a martial art is good. takes a lot of energy and keeps you fit. tae kwon do or kung fu would be my recomendations

if you dont have the time, or you're to pathetic or lazy or whatever reason you dont want to do a martial art, then go to the gym. dont feel embarased, just get aggresive if they're staring at you. or if u want then go cycling or running etc.

i would never recomend dieting. eat healthily and comfortably. it isnt that hard, but dont put limits on yourself or rules or restrictions. dont say 'hmm i ate one burger so i need to do 1/2 h more cycling' just do exercise regularly and eat until you are full. then stop. no more.

Eat more veggies with vitamins A,C and B12.Eat alot of fruits with vitamin C and eat food which dosent consist of:
Oils Greese Tamato paste Milk Cheese and
Salt
