Can someone with little body fat or alot of still burn fat with aerobic exercise!
Question: in my case i have little body fat , like 15-16%(i am female) , but i still want to lose more body fat , so will areobic exercise which is intended to burn fat , benefit me in losing body fat , or will i not lose body fat and just gain muscle from the excerise ? I don't want to gain muscle because i already have alot .

yes it's possible to loze tha body fat...if you do tha rite stuff you'll jux get cut...or "lean" if you wanna put it that way....and shouldn't get muscle growth...repetative motionz will build endurance and with reasonably timed workout sessionz...you should get tha results you need...
