Body wraps work well IF you are dieting and exercising. They are a great way to loosen up the fat under your skin. Their is no risk or side effects. I have done many wraps on myself and others and you should always loose inches after the wrap. So if you do a wrap make sure you measure yourself first and after. If you don't loose inches somethings wrong.
No one should do a body wrap as a lazy way to try to loose some weight. Using a wrap in addition to your exercise routine is helpful to give you a boost!
