I've been letting myself go, lately.....?!

how long would it take to lose100lbs? i dont want to make any changes in my diet, and i refuse to excersize.

I think you look fine. The camera easily adds 800 lbs and you're at a weird angle. Don't be so self conscious.

u should atleast walk... just walk walk walk.. u ll lose more lbs... take more fruits and vegetables which carries less calories.. stop worrying and act accordingly...
u dont wanna strave...,or do hard exercise... just walk...

I think you might need some surgery or some medical intervention.

if you aren't willing to diet or exercise, then you aren't serious about staying alive. if this is really you then you need to see a professional NOW! otherwise, quit screwing with people. there are people who want help and are willing to do what it takes to not die young.

The important thing is not to overdo things once you made up your mind to alter your dismal situation.
So don't make the mistake of working a lot more all of a sudden.
I do recommend some exersice but nothing strenuous,
next time you sit typing away at the keyboard,just wiggle your toes excitedly
Left foot first, then the right and then both.
No more than 30 seconds each, works wonders for me..

I saw him on TLC, he has since then lost a TON of weight- no point intended=)

The first one helped me to lose the majority of the 100lbs I lost in about a year with portion/calorie control and exercise.

315lbs and size 28 to 203.5 and size 14/16
(did gain some back after a knee sprain, but I still prefer a 16/18 to a 28)

Hey, I'm doing that Sparks thing! It is great! I have been doing it for 2 weeks and feel sooooo much better already!!
