The cabbage soup diet?!


Question: i would like to try the cabbage soup diet but i can don't put the green onions ?

people say that there will be a side effect and those that use the diet will be farting all the time but i need to go to school so how can i stop the farting?

is it because of the green onions or other ingredients..

this is the recipe :

6 large green onions
2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
3 Carrots
1 Container (10 oz. or so) Mushrooms
1 bunch of celery
half a head of cabbage
1 package Lipton soup mix
1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional)
1 48oz can V8 juice (optional)
Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.

These three things are very gassy. Green peppers, cabbage, Lipton ONION soup

more like the "tastes like sh1t diet" Funny that I am allergic to most of those things, save cabbage and onions.

I think the gas is caused by the cabbage. You can't really stop gas.

The Cabbage Soup diet is not to be used for more than a week at a time. The caloric intake is so low that staying on in for more than a week can make you ill. It falls under the category of
