Answers: how can you increase your height or is it just NATURAL! ; (

noo! actually the national average according to my doctor is 5'2" for women [in the USA]
and i remember when i was 14 i was 5'1" too!!
but umm, now i'm 17 and i've grown to be 5'6"
soo maybe you'll hit that growth spurt too!

but darn it, i do NOT want to be this tall
you're lucky that you're short you get to date any guy you wants, like this guy i know he's GORGEOUS, but he's 5'3", he'd YOURS because you were lucky enough to be shorter than him.

well im 14 and im 5'2 and a half :P and im a boy im small too t heres note to be worried about

im 15 and 5'5 so dont worry. its natural you cant do anything about it.

no..its actually kinda tall for your age..u r still growing..ure bones will stop growing at the age 21..

you'll be as tall as you're going to be, unless you walk around in heels, you can't increase your height.if you haven't hit puberty you may grow and inch or two...I'm 5'1" and I'm 26. I like being short, actually...you're fine..whatever you look like just rock it and be you.

You really can't do anything to increase your height, it's genetic. You're only 14 though, so you could still grow more.

Well, have you gotten your period yet?
I'm thirteen and 5'1 also. =[[
But I'm gonna get taller. Hopefully. xD

You'll grow a lot taller a year before and after you start menstruating. After that, you'll still grow, but not as rapidly as before.

I know that there are some medicines and stuff that can help you reach your full potential height - my mom is making me take this weird Chinese herbal medicine, which tastes DISGUSTING!!

And it also depends a bit on how tall your parents' are.

No, that's not too short! You're most likely petite , but not too short by a long shot. And on the issue of increasing your height, sorry babe, but i don't think so. But don't be too worried, the average height for women fully grown is right around 5'2". And at 14, your going to be growing more. If you're worried about weight, here's a weight-height calculator that can tell you if your in the normal range. Also, maybe sitting up straight? :D it sounds silly, but actually makes you look a lot taller.

nope...you're already taller than some adults

Height is primarily a function of genetic inheritance. A good diet and regular exercise will insure that you reach the height set by genes.

At 14 years of age you are still growing. You may grow to 6ft and you may grow to 5 1/2 ft or you may still be 5' 1" as an adult. Either way it is natural and normal. If your adult height is less than the national average, be accepting and happy of your physical height. Your attitude and how you present yourself has more impact on how people perceive you than physical attributes. If you think of your self as short in stature others will too. So accept that whatever your height is, it is normal (and it is normal for you) and present yourself as if your height is not an issue and others will not notice you are shorter than the national average.

No, eat balanced food, do regular exercise, study hard and be happy and have fun and good habits, you will do better

i don't know if you're short or not...but you can't really do anything about your height excepf eating healthy and lots of excercise (i went on the monkey bars everyday for atleast 2 hours when i was 12 to incrase my height and it didn't work so don't waste your time) eventually you will grow tall, and you're only 14 so don't sweat it...
