On a calorie deficit...but no weight loss?!

Question: Well I'm not overweight but I have a few lbs I would like to lose (extra ab fat, x.x) I"m 14/female n it says with the way I am active (I do taekwondo, walk briskly 35 min home everyday, train basically everyday, and do a bunch of mixed cardio.) that I should be eating 2,200 calories a day. Well I have been eating about 1,400-1,500 and everything I eat is followed by good dietary guidelines. I even start to cut out a ton of grains in my diet. I don't understand how I've been doing this for months that I still have lost weight.
*NOTE: I drink atleast 8 cups of water a day

If you are sure you aren't underestimating what you eat, (you really are sticking to 1400-1500 calories a day), and you are doing all of that working out, you have two options. One, accept your body as it is, you body likes as it is, and it doesn't want to lose any fat, perhaps you are being too hard on yourself. Your section option is to make that body loose those extra pounds. You can do this by speeding up your metabolism. Get lots of sleep, and be sure to eat breakfast. Eat smaller meals spread out throughout the day to keep yourself burning fat constantly. Also, instead of working out all in one session a day, (not sure what you currently do), split up your workouts again to keep your metabolism up. Another way you can keep it going is by confusing it. Eat 1,050 to 1,150 calories one day and then 1,750 to 1,850 the next. Whenever I hit a plateau, these tricks always work for me. And of course your water habits are great too! Best of luck and you can do this! But I'm sure your body is great the way it is!

you shoudl be eating 5-6 small meals a day...it's crucial if you want to loose weight...make sure you are watching your portions and you really shouldn't cut out grains...you should eat a little bit of everything a have a well balanced diet. Ask you're doctor though

EDIT>>Make sure you right down everything you put in your mouth and write down the calories for it. Your Probably underestimating the amount of cals...2200 calories a day is way to much for a 14 yr old female. Im 18 and a guy and i lift wieghts and do cardio and i maintain about 2000 cals a day. 1400-1500 sounds about right. Maybe the foods you eat arent that great. Remember to eat nutrient high foods like lean meats and vegetables. Whole grains are good for you so dont trip on that. Eat a lot of chicken breast, tuna, broccoli and vegetables. The wieght should come right off. Keep it up! thats cool that you do tkd i do it too haha
