ok here goes. (these are all ballpark numbers)

for you ht,wt and age you should be eating about 1500 maybe even less calories a day just to maintain your current weight.

to lose actually you need to eat more. Around 17-1800 (since you said you want to wrk out 7 days a week) spread out over 6 meals and shut down kitchen at 7pm

the reason I say eat more is you need to spike your metabolism. If you are used to eating 1700 cal a day then eating 1700 will do nothing, but if you eat 2000 your body will actually turn up your metabolism to burn at a 2000 cal rate daily.

all the while you just need to take in your: water, fruits, veggies every meal, leave whole white carbs and go to all wheat, cut out all sugars (except natural), get low fat everything, chicken breast, fish, shrimp, turkey. lean stuff. eggs, protein, oatmeal. stuff like that. Green tea. I like cranberry as opposed to sugary juice drinks.

you can do this alone without exercise and you will burn fat I promise. I do it all the time when I'm cutting body fat after bulking. Just ask your local bodybuilder about this technique

aerobics and cardio obviously are the best for fat loss. 45 minutes on the stair climber and the another 45 on the treadmill doing hills at a slow pace is a good way to start out and see where your fatigue level is.

you can adjust and know what you can handle after putting yourself through the cardio torture.

those extra calories you eat per day will help you out with the cardio also. You won't be tired like those who try to eat like 1000 calorie a day then do 2 hours of cardio killing themselves. they are doing more harm than good since they are basically starving themselves while uping their activity levels.

if you don't have gas in the car the engine will turn off. you need fuel to burn..get it. means more calories than just daily routine calories.

YOU ARE AT A GREAT WEIGHT YOU DONT NEED TO LOSE ANY POUNDS AT ALL THATS NOT ALOT BUT IT MATTERS WHAT STATE YOUR IN GO TO A GYM OR CURVES OR SUMTHIN IT MIGHT HELP BEST OF LUCK

try weight watchers or slim fast

Try the Extreme Fat Smash Diet by Dr. Ian (he does Celebrity Fit Club) the diet plan is flexible and easy to stick with, you'll never go hungry and there is plenty of exercise to be done! I lost 8 lbs in two weeks and by boyfriend lost 15 in the same amount of time! Also, try getting a dieting buddy with this program, it really helps keep things on track!

well its very simple. dont eat very much. say no more than 500 cal a day. work out 30 mins each day?

Well, its not healthy to consume less than 1200 calories a day. As far as exercises, cardio is your best bet. The key is burn more calories than you consume. I recently started a diet, I walk 6 miles a day on my treadmill which burns anywhere from 520-700 calories, depending on how fast you go. And I really cut back on my meals and I lost 8 pounds in a week. I know it's not healthy to lose that much weight in such a short amt of time, but hey its fast.

Only with a realistic weight loss plan with good diet, you will be able to achieve it easily.

In order to have ideal weight. few things to take note.

Calories and Weight

A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. To lose 1 pound a week you will need to expend 3500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or
decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal

Healthy diet

- Take the stairs instead of the lift
- Keep walking whilst the escalator caries you up
- Walk or cycle instead of driving short distances

Diet
- Little salt - always read the label
- Aim to have five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily

5 Top Tips
1. Keep an accurate food diary
2. Set healthy and manageable goals
3. Ensure you make healthy choices within your routine
4. Be proud about your progress
