Question: how to lose weight fast !!
i need to lose about 20kg before march...
i know it is fast but i really need to do this fast?
so it there any diet?
but i don't want to have stretch marks !!

First of all, prepare to jog everyday, if you are in school/working, try to jog in the morning and in the evening, if you are free for the day, add a noon run.If you feel that you can still take it, do some skipping or swimming.

Second, limit what you are eating, eat only what you need and not what you want.For instance you could just have a nice sandwich (wholemeal, with tomatoes and veggies) for lunch and a nice bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.Most importantly, cut down on your sweet supply(juices, chips and all those snacks),if you really can't take it, eat an apple. Also in the three months, be a herbivore and try to avoid meat.

Third, do not feel stress about not losing fat fast enough,just go on with your life while asking your friends to join you in your weight losing feat, and try to enjoy yourself instead of focusing all on losing weight, for instance, if you got sick of jogging, get some friends to have a game of football or basketball.

As for recipes for diet, any diet would be useless if you don't workout in the first place, so just follow the food pyramid(more carbohydrate, not so much fruits and veggies, and a bit of protein and sugar) and cut down on the proportions(but still enough for you to feel full and energetic for the day)

Best start now, fastest way would be to run or something like that in all of your spare time.
