o yes. most certainly. if you eat a healthy diet (fruits, veggies, whole grains, healthy proteins & fats) - these foods have a lot of vitamins/ minerals/ antioxidants - the stuff that helps your body heal, grow etc. antioxidants fight aging and anything bad. foods that are processed or high in fat have a lot of oxidants - which aren't good. oxidants are kind of the "enemy" in the body. if you are eating all unhealthy foods, the good antioxidants you do eat will spend most of their time fighting the oxidant enemy. if you only eat the healthy foods, the antioxidants can spend the time healing and rebuilding your body. i hope my silly analogy helped!

I think it will certainly help. Drink plenty of water. Get some exercise. Think young and be young at heart. Good genetics will also help and probably the most important thing you can do is protect your skin from the sun. There are worse things than being old, by the way.

It's not really the food, it's not drinking alchohol excessively and not smoking. Tanning is also bad.

DEFINATELY!!!!!!, i eat healthy just for this reason, and if anyone else says no they are most lokely unhealthy, out of all my friends i am the only one that looks 21, with an exception for the ones who eat less calories and when they do it its good enough healthy foods!!!TRUST ME!!!!
