How do I lose the loose fat at the bottom of my belly.?!


Question: Im 170lbs, 5ft 11 run daily and do 1000 situps every 3 days as well as weight train, however i cannot shift the fat at the bottom of my stomach. Ive switched from beer to shots but i cant get it down!

yea man same prob here...you have to have like no body fat to get the lower abs defined. Keep doing what your doing but drink only water and cut back your food intake by just 200 calories/day and in 6 months that last bit of flab will be gone.

Well if you can afford plastic surgery, that's a sure way to get rid of the fat.

Your weight is fine, it is your diet. Cut fat, including those horrible empty calories in the booze.

lmao dont listen to alan. well the best way to loose the fat of ur bottom stomach (lower abs) is to run, or jog a little bit, atleast 3 times a week, and do exersises for lower abs, for example, laying down and lifting ur feet up, in the gym there are many different workouts u can do. see if u do situps, thats just for ur upper abs, so u can do a million situps a day but still have that fat there. well hope u see results, peace

well the best thing to go is swimming because i you do sit ups its just gonna be muscle
