Question: I went to the gym, This Friday And Did A Workout On My Biceps, A Little On My Triceps And A Little On My Shoulders. I started to feel my arms get a little larger and they look a little larger but not that much. I Am A Chubby Guy So Does That Mean When I Work Out, I Will Get Better Results Or Does It Mean That My Results Will Show Up Slower? Is This Really Happening Or Is It Just A Feeling I Have? I Usually Work Out An Hour Per Day (Just Started)

The "pump" you see after your workout wont last. Being big already will not ensure that weight training will make you bigger quicker. To do this the correct way you must do cardio. Men have faster metabolism, which means your body will burn fat more quickly than women can. So if you want to shed some lbs, you should do at least 20 min or cardio. Then your weights, should start at med to heavy weight and do 15 reps. 15 times. then another set. For every muscle group. After a month or so then start adding weight and do 12 reps. Because first you want to build muscle endurance and let your body adjust to what your doing. Then you start with strength and size. So start slow dont over do it or you will hurt yourself. After you have been doing this for a while then you change your routine or else you will stop seeing results.

after you work out your arms feel swollen. Its normal.
