Tell me if this will help me lost weight/tone up?!


Question: 7x per week of walking/jogging - 30 minutes
2x per week of strength training (signed up with a personal trainer @ gym)
eat healthily every 2-3 hours, so figure i'd be eating 4-6 small meals per day
this is NOT a diet, it is a lifestyle change for me. i'd like to lose no more than 15 pounds, i'm 16 years old, young, so I know i can't deprive myself of calories, it'll mess up my growth, etc. so can the strength training, that's why its mostly resistance training and only 2x per week.

thats is the perfect diet but be sure to eat healthy meals with good calories and vitamins.

otherwise that is the perfect diet for anyone. even if your perfectly healthy

u sound pretty smart to me lol. I think you will , But maybe even more the 15 pounds tho

it should
it's a lot like wat im (trying) to do except i do swimming instead of running, and don't do it every day but do it for 2 hours when i do (swim practice) plus i do yoga and a training program plus stregnth training
anyway...
i have lost weight and toned up so you should too
