What is the best and most effective diet?!

Question: Diet Recommendation

Okay. Cut out eating in between meals. Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb's like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies, fruits etc.
These are the fat making foods.
Learn exactly what your food groups are so you then know what puts the weight on and off.
Don't add salt to your meals.
Cut out sweet soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning approximately two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.

If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories.
But just do what your body lets you do.
Walking is just as good combined with diet control.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
Watch the scale readings every day as you should be coming down in weight to your required natural weight for your height etc.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help.
Available in supermarkets like the product called "Slim Right".

As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals.
If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Herbal teas, low fat milk and water are your best choice of drinks.

Summary:

Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast.
Remember all cereals are carbohydrates!
Lunch can best be a protein drink. Like "Slim Right".
And have all normal meals at a normal serve.
Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these.
Walking as much as you can.
Add some jogging if you can.
For those that want to build more muscle add some gym work to the above as well.

Technical Stuff:

All our bodies require a specific quantity of a protein level.
The protein is taken from the food we eat.
If we eat higher concentrations of protein from specific foods like say meat then that level is reached quickly.
If we don't eat enough protein then our body searches for other sources of protein contained within the Carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates only contain a small amount of protein so we end up consuming too much of it just to get out limit of protein.
At the same time absorbing too much sugar from the carbohydrates and in turn too much weight.
This is how and why we put on weight.
Many people over eat because they don't consume enough protein from the right sources.
Then they over compensate by binge eating carbohydrate type foods.
Always check with your doctor before going on any weight reduction or change of diet program.

lifestyle change

Weight Watchers is not a diet it's the way you live.

LOW CALORIES

EXERCISE.

THIS WILL WORK FOR 2 WEEKS, 2 YEARS OR 200 YEARS FROM NOW.

just completely cut out junk food and use portion control. Worked extremely great for me.

'Diets' don't work.

SHE RIGHT WORKING OUT

all liquids and no solids for 3 months

starvation

Eat less, exercise more. Not to be glib, but that is what it all boils down to.

hola!

Jenny Craig Diet....

I herd that queen latifa is starting that.

Or just eat less portions of what you usually eat...

Heres another option too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTxMYKfd0...

LOL, somone just wrote a freakin' novel on the comment above me lol.

Assuming you mean weight loss diet:

Simply energy in < energy out

You need to eat less and healthy, and exercise more.

Therefore, burning more energy than you eat will allow you to lose weight.

Now, assuming you mean a diet for life:

Eat healthy, something from each of the food groups, not too much fat, and exercise at least 3 times a week.

Dieting is not really effective because most people just gain everything back later. The best way do lose weight is just to eat healthy, cut out junk food and exercise regularly.

diets aren't relly nice
some have lost hair some have bcome weak n sick
exercise relly works
best of luck!!

if u dint eat properly u'r body gets used to it

EXERCISE EXERCISE!!!!!!!!1

the cabbage soup diet

There is no "diet" that is effective. Diets may help you lose weight
(maybe), but when you get off it and go back to your normal lifestyle, you will gain it back. You dont need a diet , you need a lifestyle change. Diets are temporary, lifestyle changes are longterm and forever. instead of doing some temporary diet, change the way you eat altogether. Im doing it currently. Start of with small changes. Less fast food, canned foods, salt, sugar, saturated fats, caffiene, sodas junk food. Things like that. dont add sugar to things that dont need it. Get your taste buds used to eating food the way they taste naturally. drink more water. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Less red meat and more lean meats like turkey, ham chicken, fish. Start exercising. Do cardio workouts to burn fat. Any workout that makes you break a sweat is cardio. Jumping rope, running, bicycling, etc. You have to realize that you have to do these things for the rest of your life in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Is it easy. Heck no. But start small. Pick on thing a week to try to change. Like,"this week ill try to use less sugar.." Look carfully at food when you go shopping. Look at the nutrition label at the backs and compare them to others. Choose the ones with the least bad things like calories, sodium, sugar, saturated fats, cholesteral. And the ones with more vitamins and nutrients. Read the book "back to eden". Good book that tells you about whats really in the food we eat. Just try to go more for foods that god has made and lees for food that man has made. Those are the natural things that were really made for us. Fruits, veggies, nuts, water, etc. It will take time to condition your mind to change the way it eats since its so used to what its been doing. But eventually itll get used to it. Oh and eat smaller portions. Put back that extra piece of meat or some of that rice in the pot. Eat a fruit or some nuts or yogurt for snack instead of chips or cookies. Foods that are filled with color are good for you. Foods that are pale are not. Hope this helps. And most of all listen to what your consious tell you. Im trying to change my lifestyle and its my consious that helps me the most. It reminds me to eat this instead of that all the time and as much as i dont want to listen, I know its telling me whats best. When you are ready sit down in a quiet place and make and agree ment with your consious for it to help you make better food choices. To be there with you every step of the way. And when it speaks to you(if you pay attention) please listen to it. Pick one day of the week where you can eat the things you like. I hope this helps.:)

Probably the Atkins diet and the vegan diet but they both have possible health risks that you can find in searches for "atkins diet" + "health hazards" and vegan + "health hazards".
