Physical Activity

Getting active is one of the best ways to lose weight and keep fit. There are all sorts of activities and
sports that can get you moving and aid weight loss.

Calories and Weight

decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal

Be careful of what you eat. Even if you don't have time to work out - getting 64 oz of water helps boost metabolism. Also, joining weight watchers or something that can help you limit food intake can help.

Walking - even 1/2 hour a day during lunch or something - can help a ton. Little things make huge differences.

well my family says you gain weight when you are with a man because you are in love... i say more sex... burn calories... have fun

I gained about the same amount when I turned 20. I think it was a changing metabolism type thing. When I was 22 I got sick of it and for 3 months worked really hard at eating well and working out. I lost 35 lbs of it. I'd like to lose the last 15...and I will...eventually. lol I think it happens to a lot of women in their 20's as metabolic rates change.

It happens a lot when women move in with men because they tend to take on a lot of their bf's eating habits.
I bet if you work it out with him to keep his junk food put away somewhere you can't see it, subtract at least 500 calories from what you eat now per day, and work out at least 30min 5 days a week, you would lose it all in another year.

get a elliptical machine, get a vinyl suit(can get at wal mart) just wear the top, not the whole suit and go on the eliptical for 30-40 mins a day at low intensity. if this don't give you desired results i dont know what will.

Well, how have your eating habits changed since you moved in with your boyfriend? Don't eat as much as he does. Most likely, he has a faster metabolism. Get a treadmill and schedule using it while watching tv.
