Well if you weren't bothered about it being unhealthy-just don't eat! drink tons of water throw out ALL your food and stock it up with vegetables and low calorie fruit. oh and loads of water. carry a bit round with you all the time. and only eat a tiny bit when you really need it. Work out loads as well. Don't do muscle toning exercises as muscle weighs more than fat so although toning up you may actually put on weight. Do things like running, swimming or if you go to the gym use a cross trainer and rowing machine. Ditch the car and public transport for the week and walk or cycle everywhere! (within reason). Stay active. Even when sitting at the computer get up and walk around a bit, and even just moving whilst sitting down will help speed up weight loss. run up stairs, don't walk. avoid sitting and watching tv-go out for a jog. just be constantly looking for ways to be active. and only eat when you really need to, and then only let it be low calorie vegetables or fruit. and always drink water. it can help fill you up and speeds up your metabolism so you will lose more weight. ok so its not very healthy and you will be exhausted by the end of the week. But you will look fantastic! It will be completely worth it. Hope I have helped!

work out ALOT!and you will have to quit chocolate,candy and all unhealthy foods,i know it might be hard but everytime you get a craving for a chocolate,try to look at some pictures of models and see how thin they are,and they maybe you'll want to keep going and you'll forget about the unhealthy stuff,you have to be strong if you want to make it!maybe jog every morniong too that might help,and gym every afternoon

if you go on the web look up 7 day cabbage soup diet. You can loose more then 15 pounds in 7 days but you can not do it longer then 7 days.
Heres another option eat alot of soup and oatmeal.
If you look at this realistically your not going to lose 20 pounds because thats 10 pounds a week. theres 3,500 calories in every pound. So in order to lose 20 pounds you have to burn 70,000 calories in 2 weeks. thats comes down to 5000 calories burned a day. Good luck

eat 1200 calories a day, spread out evenly, and dont eat past 8:00 at night. oatmeal is a good filling food (100 calories a bowl) and so is broccoli (25 calories per 1/2 cup)
drink lots of water
chew sugarless gum

work out a lot!!! running, jump-roping, walking, just keep moving because you have a LOT of calories to burn in just 2 weeks.

and whatever you do, dont go on one of those fad diets like the cabbage soup one or w/e. once you go off the diet you will gain the weight right back.

I think you know yourself that this is totally unrealistic.

you could probably lose 10lbs absolute max if you cut down to 1500kcals per day & exercise and hour everyday for th fortnight.

There is a Diet programme called BAJAJ which last for a week with an out line as follows:
day 1: All fruits except Bannanas,mangoes. Cantoloupes + Waterburry has low callories, + soups (tomato, onion, celeary, capcicum, garlic,cabbage spices for taste) eat as much fruits and drink as much soup through out the day. For drink unsweetened tea, or water orcarrenbury juice,

day 2: only vegetables (no root vegetables, more of watery veg , keep away from peas, corn & dry beans) + soups (tomato, onion, celeary, capcicum, garlic,cabbage spices for taste) eat as much veg and drink as much soup through out the day. For drink unsweetened tea, or water orcarrenbury juice, For dinner reward with a baked Potato abd little butter for taste.

day 3:
Eat all that of day 1 & 2 with out Potato ,

If you have strictly followed you would have lost 5 - 7 lbs by now.

day 4: eat as much as 8 bananas and drink as much of skimmed milk, today you will require pottasium and carbohydrates fro your body and protien+calcium+lessen to reduce you carvings for sweets.

Drink your soup and veg for thisday.

day 5: you can have 10-12 ounce of beef and tomatoes (a can) or 6 fresh normal size tomatoes . you need to drink 6-8 glasses of water to wash out your uric acid, drink your soup once today.

day 6: eat beef and vegetables as much as you wish but leafy, even 2-3 steaks if you like.

day 7: brown rice , unsweetened fruit juice & vegetable stuff, stuff.

this 7 days you must havelost 15-17 lbs ifnot cheated.

Strictly NO'S:
all this days: no alchohol, no mineral drinks, no health drinks, no fat milk,butter, ghee, cheese, bread, chocolates, sweets, coffee, unsweetened fruitjuices, cranberry juice, skimmed milk( except the day recommended).

Medications will require doctors approvale and this is recommended for normal health members and not any patients.

This diet programme is strictly for 7 days and can be repeated afeter a week of break and should not be continued week after week.

You can't do it. You'd have to exercise like mad and not eat and even then I don't see it happening. You might be able to do 10, might.
