How can I loose 10 pounds in 6 weeks?plzzz....answer?!

Question: How many calories a day should I eat? I'm eating 850-1000 calories right now is that good? I know I should exercise I don't have the equipment but I do the ab workout for like 20 minutes, weight lifting 5 pounds for 10 minutes and running for 15 minutes.

I did that last year, made it my goal to lose ten pounds by April 1, and did it easily. The first thing I did was to have a good breakfast, protein and carbs. I had a good lunch, sandwich and soup, or salad, after working out in the morning, and then a snack in midafternoon, fruit or yogurt or a fruit smoothie. I worked out in the afternoon too, and did a 2-mile long walk. For dinner I ate very lightly, a bowl of cereal, a salad, cup of soup. I cut out all food after 7 pm except a glass of wine before I went to bed, or tea. You don't need a heavy evening meal if you are not going to use the calories in the evening, they just get stored as fat.

That is not really enough calories, you need about 1200 a day. The key is, to eat them early in the day when you are going to be using them, and eat light in the evening when you are not.

Don't eat sugary foods, cut out the diet sodas altogether, they backfire and make you hungry for sweets. Drink tea, coffee w/o sugar, NO STARBUCKS fancy drinks!

Fruit juice is good, fruit smoothies, avocados, fish, chicken, broiled or roasted. No flour-no sugar is a really good diet, if you can stick to that you will lose weight in no time. Keep working out every day, alternating parts of your body so you don't get sore, and walk! Exercise at least two hours a day, but you can break it up into more than one session.

These things worked for me! I dropped the pounds 2 a week, and tho I don't adhere strictly to the diet any more, I have stayed active and not gained it back in nearly a year. I still don't eat big meals or snackin the evenings, and I think that is what keeps it off.

Good luck with your diet!

get a Jack LaLanne Juicer and start juicing every fruit & vegetable in sight...(they're at Bed Bath and Beyond)
leafy greens, carrots, apples, etc...they have recipes in the juicer box too...
its so yummy and u'll lose weight the absolute healthy way.

drink green tea, veggies, 7-grain wheat bread and stay away from high fat food

In order to burn fat you have to exercise to burn the excess calories plus the calories you are taking in daily so make sure you run for at least 2 miles a day. this site is great for losing weight fast.

to loose one pound you need to burn or decrease 3500 cal. so if you take 3500 divided by 7 you get 500. so you can either decrease you intake of food by 500cal/day, decrease food by 250cal/day and increase exercise and burn an extra 250cal/day or increase excercise and burn 500cal/day. this is a week long schedule. i have lost 78 pounds....yes 78...i have now run two half marathons 13.1 miles, i eat low carb...started with south beach and modified after 50# to my current daily diet. good luck. eat healthy exercise and dont let anyone derail you....most family and friends dont really want change it scares them and lets them know what they are not doing for themselves.

THats easy to do in that amount of time. Eat about 1400 calories a day and do 30 minutes of running everyday. Eat healthy foods like chicken breast and vegetables. Good luck! 60-70% of your weight loss will come from your diet

eat more calories than that otherwise you'll slow down your metabolism cause you'll lose muscle. if the scale goes down faster than 2pounds a week its water and muscle you're losing. eat 1200-1400 a day, exerise 5times a week for at least 30mins, and eat right. (make fruits and veggies your best friends and junk your worst enemies) and drink plenty of water.

First of all get off the caffeine - you sound manic!

Your calorie intake sounds too low. What happens if you eat too little is that your body thinks it is being starved, and puts the brakes on losing any more weight, to protect your internal works. So it's counterproductive to drop your calorie intake too far.

You need to look online for some good, healthy and sensible eating plans, for instance from the American Medical Association or similar. Lean meats such as grilled chicken, lots of fish, salads and vegetables, fresh fruits, fiber from whole grains. I know this sounds boring, but it's what works. 10 pounds in 6 weeks is reasonable - just don't panic and try to do too much too fast.

I assume you've checked with your doctor to make sure you are good to exercise and diet? Most sources say you should alternate your workouts, weight training one day with aerobic the next. You might try swimming if you have access to a gym. Don't try to do too much too fast and you don't really need a lot of equpiment. Just plain walking for an hour a day is great for you.

Balance, balance, balance. Good luck!

eat healthy foods like turkey burgers and honey crisp apples and milk (skim is best! :D) and stuff. hun, 850 is not enough, that's starving yourself. around 1200 calories is good and workout by running if you like, do sports you love, and lift weights. do it as much as you can(90 mins. is great!) situps pushups and crunches are great.set goals, make it fun, and give it a twist, like putting weight on your back and do pushups, bounce around on excersize balls and trampolines, and all that stuff. hope i helped!! :D

Only with a realistic weight loss plan with good diet, you will be able to achieve it easily.

In order to have ideal weight. few things to take note.
