If u r active & want to add more exercise should u push thru feeling tired & exe!
Question: Well, it depends. If you are feeling light-headed during exercise, then you should DEFINETLY stop. Yes, if you're body is telling you to stop (unless it's an emergency) tell it to keep going. It will improve your stamina a LOT. I normally run 2-3 miles a day to keep in shape.

yes! i genuinely believe that if you are feeling crumby & tired, if you go to the gym you feel better when you come out.
example, i got up this morning with a splitting headache due to the 2 glasses of wine i had last night, went to body pump, felt like i would die after about 10 minutes, but by the time i came home, the bad head was gone & i felt so much better for working out.
