Flat tummy?!
Question: Ok i've been working out and trying to get abs. I now have a flat tummy except the lower part isn't is flat as the rest. I'm having some troubles getting that to be the same. So how can I get the perfect flat tummy? Any certain workouts?

What you're trying to target is called lower abs. One exercise that works good for that part of your stomach is called a reverse crutch.
Here's how it works: lay on your back like you would do a regular crunch, but instead of lifting your body off the ground, lift up your legs, and bring your bottom off the floor. Make sure you're pressing down and pulling in your abs on each repitition to get best results. Repeat about 50-75 a day, at least.
