Can i lose 12-14lbs in a month ??? please replyyy?!


Question: Can i lose 12-14lbs in a month if im just eating salad, fruit, veg, soup(weightwatchders low calorie) and lots of water??
And also do pump it up hi-energy 3-4 tiems a week( exercise dvd) ?? also about 10 mins a day on rowing machine

Healthy weight loss should be between two and three pounds per week. If you lost three per week for a month you'd be down 12 pounds!

The easiest way, I've found, to lose weight is to insure that your caloric output is greater than your input. Basically, work out more and watch what you eat. Consider doing maybe 20 minutes of vigorous rowing rather than 10 minutes of leisurely rowing and taking a 20-30 minute daily walk plus your exercise video 4-5 times per week.

PLEASE don't think I'm saying not to eat, just don't over indulge. Your body still needs meat proteins and complex carbohydrates. Just try to eat these earlier in the day when your body will have a chance to burn them off rather than later when you're going to be calming down for the night.

Well it's really not a good idea to try to loose 12-14 lbs in a month. That seems un-healthy. It's not realistic. Maybe about 5 lbs, but I wouldn't set a greater goal than about 7. Also, make sure that you are getting iron and protein. Good luck!
