Question: im 5'8" and i weight like 150 i am looking to lose like, 20-30 lbs. any suggestions. like diets. i dont have that much time to exersice.

Eating right is 80% of weight loss, so you can lose weight without exercise, but youll lose more and be healthy if you do both.

Im not into diets, just eating clean, healthy foods.

Diets are no good. Change of lifestyle is what you are looking for. Eat a bit less, eat healthier food, and stay active all day, and the weight will go away. But don't beat yourself up if it doesn't. Maybe 150 is a healthy weight for you. Thinner doesn't necessarily mean healthier.
