What is a good healthy way to loose weight and keep it off?!

Question: Daily Consumption:

When it comes to weight control...eating right is what counts.
Instead of eating 3-4 "full meals" may I suggest you eat 5-6 "moderate meals" throughout the day. Too much meat, pasta, rice, or any food on one plate is "too much". Keep in mind weight of food(plate), calories, and calories from fat. Although that kind of information may not be available at all times.

Eating small meals throughout the day...control. When you consume too much food at one time it takes the body longer to process and digest the food. Don't starve yourself, eat, but don't over do it.

Avoid or consume less of foods that are "High" is carbs, fat, saturated fat, sugar(artificial sugar, high fructose corn syrup), flour, artificial flavors, artificial ingredients, oils.

The term "Diet":

Food considered in relation to its quality and effects. A particular selection of foods. To regulate foods that you eat.

There is no "one specific diet" as you already know. Pay deep attention to the foods you eat and your "body type" everybody is unique...some foods are good some foods are bad. For example:

"Milk is good for you..."

"Yea! tell that to someone who is lactose intolerant."

Same thing can be said for: cheese, peanuts, etc.

Fluids:

Drink water...drink plenty of water. Avoid soft drinks (soda) bad for the bones, bad for the body, period. Even better avoid any kind of food and/or fluids that do more harm than good. In other words more garbage than nutrition.

Active body:

workout (find or learn a routine), be active...in motion, don't sit around the house and do nothing. Get out there, your not a tree rooted to the ground. If possible take dancing classes, kick boxing, martial arts, outdoor or indoor activities where your body is in motion, burn those calories and stay fit.

Live, Work, Play.
