Question: I have one that I got one from my cousin. He claims that youll lose weight on your stomach by walking or jogging. He says it will make your stomach sweat and youll lose weight. But its like a black elastic belt, im not sure what its really for lol

Theyre actually supposed to support your back. Thyre kind of like an ankle brace or a knee brace or something like that.
its called a scam :P I found one in my house before and all it does is squeeze your stomach. Sweat does not equal fat loss. It just gets rid of water you drink right back in 3 gulps.
Sounds like a scam. Wear a sweater and your stomach will sweat too. You can't "spot" lose weight. You can't just lose weight in your stomach. You lose overall body fat/weight. Just making your stomach sweat wont make it get any smaller.
