What should I do??!


Question: im really hungry, but its late (11:40) and im not fat or anything but i want to have a good body for swim this year. should i eat or no? what should i eat..?

The later I stay up, the more I eat! I'd go for some nuts or maybe low fat yoghurt. Bananas are filling, too. If you're not overweight you can probably afford something a bit more like a sandwich. Eating something healthy when you're hungry isn't a bad thing. Eating something when you're not hungry but because you're bored or need a "lift" is where you can get into a bad pattern.

lol i get hungery all the time and im not fat either i just worry about my weight alot ,
well what i eat is an apple and a glass of water, or u can make yourself a salad cuz u can't get fat off a salad it turns into water,
fajita's are not fatting. if your hungery eat don't make yourself not eat you will get fat if you don't eat.. cuz u gain fat by not feeding your body when its hungery.

eat it damn! you're not gonna explode from eating a few chips or something. if you feel that bad, go run as soon as you wake up.

Eat but don't eat big maybe a small snack would help and you could always exercise the next day or so. Well you shouldn't really be eating this late but if you're hungry then have something small like a peice of fruit, muesli bar, glass of milk, a handful of nuts etc.
Are you eating enough during the day? If you're restricting your intake then you'll end up being hungry at night..so try eating several small heathly meals throughout the day to keep you from snacking at night.

don't eat when it's so late. (typically you are not supposed to eat 2 hours before you go to bed). a tip... eat a mint or brush your teeth - it will cause you to lose your appetite. and drink a lot of water.. it will fill you up. or, if you are too hungry to bear it.. go to sleep.
