LOOSING weight asap!?!


Question: I am going shopping at juicy couture in a couple of weeks and I want to loose some lbs and firm up my belly so I can get a swimsuit and actually look good in it! It bugd me when people who shouldnt wear swimsuits do! Im not fat, I weigh about 115 and im 14. Please help me! I have about two weeks, Im not exactly the most in shape person, although I dance once a week(which wont start untill next month) and I walk my dog. We also have a jazzercise in town also. Or I also hear pilates and yoga is good. But I need fast results! I need some excercising and dieting tips asap! I want to look good but I dont want to go on one of those pre made meal plans! im only 14. If you have any questions please e-mail me! Thank you! And no rude comments please!

Two weeks is not much time to lose weight, but I would recommend doing HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, five times a week. What this means is to do intervals of very high activity followed by moderately-high intervals, etc. This is a great exercise to keep up even after you've lost weight because it's very good for your heart and lungs.

What I do, for example, is get on the mill and after a good warm-up, run at a fast pace for 5 minutes, then sprint as hard as I can for 1 minute, then run at a moderate pace for 3-5 minutes, then sprint for a minute... etc. until I've done 5 sprints, then you can finish off running moderately for 5-10 minutes and gradually lower the speed. If your still full of energy you can keep running at a moderate to fast pace for another 10-20 minutes.

This in addition to a good diet is the absolute best way to lose weight fast. A tip if your cutting calories, but still wanna be full: eat lots of raw, leafy green vegetables, they fill you up and have very little calories for their volume.

Try the weight watchers diet its common to loose 5 pounds in the first week!

dont snack but keep eating

walk to school and stuff if you can

exercise for bout halof an hour each day and not just walking, something that keeps up your heart rate.
