What do u think? (easy 2 points)?!


Question: im 13, i used to be anorexic but now i gained someweight and planning to gain more. i gained several pounds but still wear clothes the same size (they just go a bit tighter). i also notieced that my bones and ribs are much much less visible so i guess most of the weight i gained just filled those places up.
before ive gotten so skinny my butt and my legs were the fattes parts of my body but my stomach was pretty flat and my ribs were even a little visible
back than i didnt do much sports and now i play tennis 3 times a week and i hae sport in school
i am very scared of the fact the my weight might comeback to my legs and butt.
could you please tell me what u think??

if your 13, i suggest your weight should be around 90 - 115 pounds. looking skinny isn't very attractive unless you're REALLY pretty facial wise.

Don't ever be afraid of your weight coming back. You'll lose a lot of weight when you reach the age range of 15 - 18 because of high school and the stress and physical activities you are forced to get involved in as a mandatory course.

as for your legs and butt, don't worry about them. a healthy looking butt and legs are much better to look at then bony structures.

dont try to gain weight. Just let it come naturally.

anorexia hun is bad, and no guy wants to have sex with a skeleton. trust me, alittle cushion isn't bad. don't be scared that your weight is gonna come back. your only 13, you'll lose that fat as you get older and mature.

just get on a helthy diet and it will come naturaly. it'll all work out in the end.

If you were anorexic, you may have already done all the damage you need to do to your body to not properly grow the fat you need. If you are REALLY over it, don't worry about it. If you're still feeling the need to not eat, seek some help. It's nothing to mess with, especially when you're so young.

if you go from anorexic to gaining several pounds then yeah of course the weight will come back to your butt and legs. even if you do your tennis your still going from not eating to eating so your body will store it for awhile until its healthy. ha im with ya girl i'm ana too.

Well, I would say you might want to talk to someone about your feelings so that you can get some stress off your back if you feel it, and talking about it may help you accept yourself more. I find that talking about something out load actually helps me realize that my ideas in my head aren't actually too right all the time.

You're young though, and gaining weight shouldn't be anything to worry about so long as you are healthy. I would just say try and be healthy and not stress yourself out by worrying so much.

I used to wear all super baggy clothes because I was not confident with my body and afraid of weight gain and all that. Now I'm much more confident and I actually see what people were talking about when they said I was too skinny and I could not see it.

just get some good exercise everyday, you are young, go jogging or ride a bike, stay active and your weight will porportion itself properly on your body, if you see an area you need to trim up just focus on that area

for example, if your legs seem to stay flabby when you ride your bike then start walking or jogging more, if your arms seem to be too little or flabby do some push ups

don't be afraid of a little exercise, it will make you feel better after you do it and get a nice shower and it will help you in the years to come!

Playing tennis, as you probably know, is running around in short bursts, your thighs get quite a workout for that....

AND, osome ppl store fat in different places. I store fat on my arms and stomach. Some(*cough*most) people store it in their butt/stomach/legs. Genetic tosup girl....
