I want to die..this consumes me!!! advice?!


Question: my arms have fat on them..they look so big compared to my body. im not even fat im average except for my really large arms..i get so depressed because of them...I've been trying to exercise for a while now around 2-3 times a week..the rest of my body improves except my arms..
im only 15 and they look terrible on m,y small frame
what else can i do..i also try to eat healthily.

I'm sure their not that bad! Exercise for 30 mins daily, I suggest swimming on hot days or Running on the cooler days. They both Burn lots of fat! - and fast!! Just remember the sunscreen...... trust me it works! you will only feel better about yourself with sunscreen! I forgot it and I look like beetroot! lol =]

just mentain healthy diet and exercise and you will achieve your goal........you need to be very patient .......

lipo for ur arms. i guess. STOP EXERCISING YOUR ARMS. THEY WILL ONLY MAKE THEM BIGGER> lipo is the answer

Do exercises that focus on your arm muscles. Muscle is denser than fat. It takes up less space.

look up some arm exercise...particularly for the triceps area... and maybe shoulder area....

Just lift weights with your arms and don;t work the rest of your body. Consider lypo suction if they are horrible. Dying will just make your arms look worse.

True value and worth as a person do not come by what you look like. Think of the person you love the most, someone who you think is great. If they got in a fire by accident and their appearance was changed due to their face being badly disfigured by a burn, would they become less of a great person if they kept on being the great person they are now? Looks do not make a person valuable to others.

Swim about 30 mins a day. it may be a pain in the *** but trust me it works. Not right away but after a week you'll begin to notice a change in your arm size.

Workout MORE. Simple as that, just stick to it, everytime you don't feel like working out think about your ugly arms, and when you think your getting tired, think about your ugly arms. You can get rid of them, just a matter of commitment.

You poor, poor child. The looks of your arms are making you consider death? Dear Lord...

Its in your genetics honey. If there was something you could do about it then there would be changes by now. Just accept yourself for who you are and what you look like, I guarantee that you yourself are the only person that dislikes your arms' size.

what you need to do is focus a lot more exercising on your arms get more protein but less fats and you should do a little better. EX. i get 102% my daily value in protein each day and i use 5 pound weights doing 10 of 3 types of arm exorcises lifting up to the side and back down, or bending over pulling up on weight like cranking lawn mower and fully pulling back or last lifting up from a latteral position to vertical in front of my body... you can also try push ups. hope i helped a little.

Keep exercising and do not worry about how big your arms are. There are thousands of people with all kinds of real disfigurations that are happy and live a great and happy life. Try focusing on helping others and visiting care homes or orphanages or schools. Focus on other people who would love to have help and kind words from you. You are not even through growing. Things have a way of working out. Don't worry. Enjoy life and be content with who you are.

Do arm exercises like arm curls with dumbbells, and tricep exercises like tricep push downs with a cable machine. If you don't have a gym to go to, use light dumbbells and do tricep kick backs, and chair dips, do bicep curls and even push ups. All of these will help to develop your arms.

Please don't say your going to kill yourself it's not funny even joking. We can work on your arms no problem. Just work on arm exercises to develop them from flabby to firm. Ok.

You need to build muscle in your arms to burn the fat. Make sure the exercises you do are mainly for muscle building.

I think what you need is to go volunteer at a hospital. That you can see how bad some people's situation in life are compared to yours. You are only 15. NO ONE IS PERFECT. You are so into this physical thing that there is a lot out there in life that you haven't realized yet. I will guarantee you 10-15 years from now you would say to yourself how stupid it was of you to be so consumed about nonsense things. There's really more to life out there than you think.

This can happen. You should consider joining a gym. There you can have access to good equipment to train your upper arms, both your biceps and triceps and deltoids. In some time this situation will correct itself if you train regularly in good form. Stick to the 12-15 rep range.
If you join a gym make sure you get someone to show you how to use the equipment there and train all your muscles (perhaps not in one session). That will cause you to burn more calories and will make it easier for you to get rid of the fat on our upper arm. But know this: By training some body part, let
