How do i get bigger muscel? mostly my chest and arms.?!


Question: im 16 and i go to a boxing gym but i wnt to know some exercices that will get my chest and arms BIG. also my legs. im 5ft 5inch tall. plzz help

For your chest and arms try dumbbell presses, pull ups, dips, db curls, triceps extensions, shrugs, and side lifts.
DB Press is when you are lying on your back and use a bar or DBs. Start with your arms extended and then bring them down to your chest and up again. Do repetitive sets of 10.
Pul Ups is just what it sounds like, using a bar above your head to pull your body up.
Dips are bars on both sides of your body that you hold you body up on and then lower your body, up and down, great for triceps.
DB Curl is start with your forearm parrallel to the ground and then curl your hand up to your shoulder without moving your upper arm.
Tri extensions can be done in many ways. The one that I like is putting your upper arm to your ear and dropping your forearm behind your head, with a weigh in your hand, straighten out the arm and then bend it again, always behind your head.
Shrugs are just holding DBs and simply lifting your shoulders up and down.
Side Lifts are DBs in hands and raising them out to your sides.
I hope that you know that weigh training has been known to stunt your height growth and excessive weigh lifting has been know to case a lot of other problems later in life. Take it easy. Hope this helps

You can do push ups. Push-ups are one of the common and the most awesome exercises that help in building a sound fitness foundation. Push-up works for almost every muscle in the body. Remember: Beginners must choose only 1-2 exercises per day to avoid stress and injuries.
