exercising makes ur energy rise, so it is more difficult to fall asleep for most people...sometimes if i exercise hard, i take a shower and i go right to sleep b/c i'm so exhausted..but typically u get more energy

nooo u need to stay hyper

absolutely, you're body is still pumping. while its good to exercise at night for a couple reasons, dont do it right before bed, wait an hour or too

it can cause Insomnia

excersize is supposed to make you energized... so it would be hard to fall asleep.
