IS working out 3 days in the gym enough(1 hour/day)?!

Question: Depends on your diet. doing weights 3 times a week is good, more would not help, as long as you are working out and fatiguing the muscles. If you leave and eat poorly, and not good proteins and veggies, etc, then you could still add fat. If you are eating well, you should burn off the fat and start being more lean and eventually show harder muscles. Doesn't happen overnight, and your diet is always a factor.

I agree with the first guy too: doin gsome cardio is good for other things as well.

It depends on what you are doing. An hour is plenty if you're doing a high enough intensity. On the other 4 days, try to get some walking, running, biking, or something like that for at least a half an hour.

im nto sure

It depends what your goals and eating habits are like. Really you want to do SOMETHING active 30 min to an hour everyday to maintain good heart health. if your goal is to not gain weight, make sure your eating habits are up to par.

Thats good for beginner. If you are looking to gain mass faster as great ronnie and jay cutler says watch your diet and eat eat eat.
