Aaaaaaabs!?!

Question: haha

All right, so, delicately put, I'm terribly scrawny.

It hasn't bothered anyone I've dated, and I didn't really care so far.
I mean, I consider myself moderately good looking, but when it comes to the stomach, I'm nearly skeletal.

well...

no, yeah, I am.
So, is there anyway I could get abs without doing crunches (back pain) or buying crazy equipment?
Thank you oh so very much.

do a bunch of leg lifts: lay on the floor, put ur hands under ur lower back, or butt and raise ur legs slightly.
U can also do this but move ur legs up and down like scissors.
crunches always work too!

So you want to somehow get muscles without exercising. That is like saying you want to be rich without working.

nope you basically have to do crunches if you want to see real results.

you gotta do crunches to get abs...there are ab machines that are easy on your back for people with back pain.

Go to www.menshealth.com and find the section on ab workouts. It will tell you everything you need to know. If your bodyfat is as low as it sounds, it should be quite easy for you to get defined. But, nothing comes without work...

you have to exercize to get abs, and crunches is the easiest way. Tough out the pain and do crubches, situps, leg raises, running, and dieting.
