Best way to retain your balance when walking...and no I'm nae drunk.?!

i don't have great balance but don't have trouble walkng. if i'm doing step class i try to focus on one particular spot in the room to maintain my balance.

The first thing would to be to have two legs and feet, then probably two eyes for depth perception wouldn't be bad.

You shouldn`t have any bother with your balance while walking unless you are having bother with your inner ear or something as this can affect it.

You need to contact your local GP and obtain an appointment with your Hospital Audiology Department.

Balance is much more complicated than people think. The middle ear is only part of the problem! Unfortunately, when they do find out what is wrong, they might not be able to fix it!

I seldom walk outside now, because of the comment about the "drunk"!

Use a walking stick!
