I want to maintain my weight , HELP?!

Question: My goal was to be 135 pounds, I am five foot nine, and a female, 21 years old. I am now 133 and would love just to maintain it at this, but I am eating 2250 kals a day and dont notice the scale changing much.. it seems like an awful lot of food and i am afraid it will all come back on me if i keep that up. most of the day i am in front of the computer, but for an hour a day i walk on the treadmill ( 3.5mph with an incline ), ocassionally i will get on the exercise bike but no more then an average of 15 minutes per day. i cook and clean throughout the day but i just dont feel like i burn enough to be eating that much. is this calorie amount legit or not ? again i eat around 2250 each day on average, but i do vary the amounts , such as less one day and more the next.. i also eat 6 small meals a day instead of three large ones.

It wouldn't surprise me if that's what your body needs to maintain your weight. Check out this awesome calculator. You can enter in how long you spend doing each activity and then it will calculate your daily calorie requirements. This website is awesome; it will answer your question exactly!

EAT A LOT OFCEREAL

I would suggest cutting down to 1500cal as a base line, and getting yourself a heart rate monitor and work on cardio instead of weightloss now.
Also a good idea to try and work some isometric stretching and maybe some light weights work into your workout.
Don't always trust the scales though, best way is to measure your chest, waist, hips, upper arms and thighs. Muscle weighs twice as much as fat, so use a dressmakers tape measure and don't always rely on those scales.
I haven't been on a set of scales in 6 months, but I know all my measurements by heart!

your 5'9 and u weigh 135 pounds? u should try gaining a few honey.
