Have i eaten too much?!


Question: i've been trying to lose weight and i've managed to get to the 160's, down from 195 lbs (i'm 5'4). but today i ate:
2 coffee crisp choc. bars
1 plate of pasta with meat sause
1 dinner roll
1 huge portion of stir fry
will i gain weight from this? i'm just so worried that i'll eat more today, i feel out of control.

I bet it's still less than 2000 calories, so depending on your diet it could be okay. Go for a run tomorrow to burn off excess cal's.

you might it depends how easily you gain weight. if you do it shouldn't be more than 1 or 2 pounds.

You haven't really eaten too much. The only way you will gain weight is if you eat more calories than you burn. So if you are worried, just go do some cardio for about thirty minutes.

make healthier choices. where it doesnt appear as you overate, you very well may have. get a diet guild, and count calories. better hit the trail and do at least 3 mile to burn off some of that.

if you eat those on only a day than i think you'll not gonna gain weight.

They say you can have unlimited amounts of vegetables. Try that. Go crazy on vegetables.

I have seen a nutritionist & they encourage all vegetables.

everyone overeats sometimes. The important thing is not to think "oh well, I've already overeaten, so I might as well keep eating." Start new tomorrow. It's a new day. One day won't make you gain 5 pounds.

you probably will gain weight...just because of the pasta.
but don't worry...it was just one day...so tomorrow just try to make up for it and stay away from fattening fooods...
if it helps get all fattening foods out of the house and stack it with healthy nutricious things...that way you're not tempted to eat other things.

You'll be fine. One day of slip ups (if that is what you think it was) is okay. Tomorrow is a new day and you can continue on with weight loss.

One day is not going to hurt. Just get back on track tomorrow. It is okay to splurge every once in awhile.

the ting most people dont understand about dieting is that its not how little you eat its what you eat, and how much you exersise. i dont think that u ate much at all but eating pasta, stirrfry, and chocolate isnt going to help u lose weight

and try drinking some water or lemonade to fill u up so you wont eat anymore

haha i ate way more than that. Don't worry. Stress isn't good for your body either.

eh, i know that feeling...walk away from any food and drink lots of water!!!!!...listen, dont step on the scale tomorrow - u probably didnt gain any weight, but if you DID gain like, a pound, dont worry (but dont look to see!) just get back on track and try to control your portions more
it doesnt seem like you did too bad tho so dont worry =) compared to what i had its great =p
