Drink acid water, that will burn that fat away!!!

they say it really prevents your body from retaining water weight which can make you look bloated.

Water helps move things through your digestive tract. People also often mistake thirst for hunger, so if they don't drink enough, they may reach for food when they really want water, putting on weight.

All it does is make your belly full so you dont feel like eating as much. Its also good for you to stay hydrated!

Scientists have discovered that the feeling of being thirsty and hungry is accepted by the brain similarly. If you don't drink water you feel like "let's eat something else, what else, what's next...", but meanwhile you are just thirsty. This is the idea of wide spread believe that if you drink you wont eat so much.
