Which one helps more w/ constipation- green tea or coffee?!

Diet tea!

no its neither, not even diet tea (never herd of diet tea). it is normal tea you want to drink, drink it while its not, - when its cold - its no use.

Stick with the green tea it is better for you.

Edit: Super Dieter's Tea is what it is called. It really does work if you want to clean your system out. Hot or cold it does the trick.

prune juice!

Neither. Cranberry juice is a natural laxative though.

coffee with definetly make you go...but stick to real food and go with fibre.

also consider trying a coffee enema it works very good to detox your entire
system, type in coffee enema in search,
I do coffee enemas once a month and it
sure makes me feel good,Remember
