My Mom just sent me a box. She lost 40 lbs in about 6 months and she swears this is all she is doing different. I KNOW she does NOT exercise and she eats out everyday. She swears by it. she drinks a cup in the AM when she gets up and a cup at bedtime. I know she is losing weight because she was a 14 and as of ourconversation tonight... she is down to an 8 .... I started the tea today too. OH... she is also a diabetic so the loss in weight is great for her. She has been fighting this weight for 30 yrs that I know of.
