Cardio strength training mix?!
Question: Question about the mix of cardio and strength training. I do weight training 3 to 4 times a week and usually follow it up with 20 minutes on the eliptical. I do 1 hour of cardio 2 to 3 times a week, the days I am not doing strength training. My goal is to lose 20 to 25 pounds. Is this a good program.

That is a great program just do not burn yourself out.
Try working on ABs 15 to 20 minutes a couple times per wek.
